Hi, I’m Shoshana — a yoga teacher, SSP and RRP Facilitator, HeartMath Clinical Practitioner, and guide for practices that support presence, balance, and overall wellbeing. For more than 20 years, yoga has been my anchor, helping me navigate anxiety, stress, and the many fluctuations of life.
Neuroptimal® Neurofeedback became a meaningful turning point in my own healing. It helped me overcome debilitating health anxiety and maintain inner steadiness, even during long periods away from the yoga mat due to injury. Its ability to gently bring the brain back to the present moment mirrors the benefits of meditation — supporting clearer thinking, calmer responses, and more adaptive coping. Experiencing this shift firsthand inspired me to become a certified trainer so I could offer this tool to others seeking balance and resilience.
Sound also had a profound effect on my own nervous system. This led me to study crystal bowl sound healing and begin weaving it into my Yoga Nidra sessions for students. The shifts I experienced — and witnessed in others — led me to seek a more clinical understanding of why sound can be so regulating, which guided me toward exploring the nervous system more deeply, particularly through the lens of polyvagal theory, and eventually to train as both an SSP and RRP Facilitator.
As I came to understand the value of a holistic, somatic approach to healing, I was drawn to the work of HeartMath. I integrate heart–brain coherence techniques — simple yet powerful practices that help bring the heart, mind, and nervous system into alignment. This coherent state supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and builds resilience, while also creating a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection. These tools complement somatic and sound-based therapies, giving clients practical ways to carry this work into their daily lives.
Today, I offer a range of modalities that bridge ancient practices with cutting-edge technology to create a deeply integrative, body-based approach to healing. I believe that when the body feels safe and present, change becomes not only possible, but natural, and that inner balance has a ripple effect into every aspect of life.
