Hi, I'm Shoshana, I'm a yoga teacher and facilitator of various workshops that promote overall well being and skill of being present. My yoga practice has brought me so much relief from anxiety and stress over the past 20 years and my fellow yogis and students have echoed the same sentiments. However not everyone has the discipline, time and capacity to practise yoga or meditation daily. The complications of “life” can inevitably inhibit us from a daily meditative practice - that is where Neuroptimal ® technology can be advantageous.
